Youth
Our Vision in Progress
At Multi Cultural Queer+ Association, we are actively working to build meaningful and culturally responsive youth programming for LGBTQ+ young people especially those from Black, Latino, Hispanic, immigrant, and underserved communities in East Cleveland.
While our programs are still in development, our commitment is clear: to create safe, empowering spaces where youth can grow, connect, and thrive.
What We’re Building
We are currently designing a youth program centered around: Safe Spaces & Community Connection
We aim to create welcoming environments where youth can feel seen, supported, and free to be themselves. Our goal is to reduce isolation and foster a strong sense of belonging.
Education, Mentorship & Life Skills
We are planning programs that will offer mentorship, academic support, and life skills development including leadership, career readiness, and financial literacy to help youth build a strong foundation for their future.
Health, Wellness & Identity Support
We are working to connect youth with affirming mental health resources and wellness support that respects and uplifts their identities and lived experiences.
